You've probably done more research on this than me but I read on Steve Pavlina's blog that he started out with 30 minute naps and then once he overcame the tiredness it naturally turned into 20-25 minute naps that he automatically woke up from. (if I read it right.) I don't know, starting out with 20 minute naps sounds too grueling to me. I don't thing I could fall asleep fast enough. I think I'd need the extra ten minutes of actual sleep. Anyway, interested to know your opinion on this.

I don't know how much you check facebook Elder so I'm resorting to commenting on your blog. If you're like me you never check facebook (I let my wife tell me if anything serious has changed, she checks it for me) I sent you the following on facebook a couple days ago. Don't know if you got it:

"It was good to see you on Saturday.

Ever since that day at the MTC when you told me you were going to try Polyphasic Sleeping I was pretty sceptical and to be honest I thought it was foolish. But tonight I read a lot about it and read some blogs about it. I am now interested! This is facinating. I think you can pull this off.

I read Steve Pavlina's entire blog on his experiement. I don't know if I have the discipline do this and I am not living the healthiest right now but if after a few weeks this starts to work for you then I might consider trying it. If you decide to continue it for more than a month or so then maybe I'll have a chance to join you. Of course this is something I'll probably need to research more and I'd pray about it first before attempting but maybe if I try it you can support me in it and I'll help you keep going too.

Actually, right now I don't have a very good sleeping regime (It think that's a Russian word I don't know the right English one) anyway, so this might be a good time to adjust to this since I'm always drowsy and groggy anyway. All nighters have been occuring a couple times a week for me. I just dont' have enough time.

I think this could work well with my lifestyle right now since I am in school and my job is a work at home internet-research job so my hours are extremely flexible. Anyway, I will be reading your blog and keeping up with this. Good luck."

So yeah, I really want to try this. I'm pulling for you! (If this is an anoying post you can delete it if you want.)
